Come as you are to a movement workshop series harnessing the power of the body to enhance your emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and non-verbal communication.

Each 90-minute session focuses on embodying different principles and concepts of personal and professional development, while also experiencing the joy of moving.

Sessions include a warm-up, stretching, individual & group exercises, and reflection. By the end of the session you will feel more connected with yourself and the group.

Facilitator Bio

Instructor Gillian Bowen’s extensive training and immersion in the dance world from a young age have shaped her unique perspective on movement and its transformative potential. She is the founder of Dear Dancer, a virtual dance company bringing technology to the dancer community to move it beyond its current limitations.
