Navigating the unknown is hard. When the world changes, when we change, anytime we face something new and are asked to grow.

When faced with uncertainty, we usually default to "figuring it out." We think, research, and analyze to gain more information, but typically don’t feel any clearer about how actually to move ahead.

In all this mental busyness, we overlook our embodied wisdom. This internal landscape holds crucial information: What is my current energy level here? What memories are coming up for me? What is my heart yearning for? These questions offer rich insight into how we can move forward while honoring what we deeply need. But we can’t just think about them, that falls into the same trap.

In this three-hour workshop, you’ll access your subconscious knowledge through three guided visual meditations designed to merge embodied and intellectual wisdom. Through reflection, journaling, and small group synthesis, you’ƒll uncover pathways that genuinely serve your needs. You’ll cultivate a presence that enables authentic choices, confident navigation of transitions, and meaningful impact aligned with your genuine values.
