Spring, summer, and late summer bring with them bursts of energy, spontaneity, connection, and the collection of sweet, sweaty energy. As we move into the winter months, what is it that your body needs to rest and release? How would you like to integrate both the lessons and the love of these past seasons and bring them with you into gentle nurturance and quiet reflection? Using a blend of guided meditations, reflective journaling prompts, and small group discussions, this workshop will support you in taking steps to slow down and surrender into the softness of slow warmth that winter can bring.

Required materials

Please bring your tea, cozy blankets, pen + journal, and beautiful self as we reflect and hold space together.
