DreamWork is a creative collaboration between Amy Jans’ DreamNudge method and Hattie Hayes’ Good Work creative sessions. Many creative people have powerful ideas but struggle to move them forward once everyday life takes over. DreamWork is designed to close that gap by pairing vision with protected creative time.

In the first half of the workshop, Amy guides participants through DreamNudge exercises that help clarify long-term vision, identify emotional blocks, and map dreams into small, actionable steps. Participants create a personal DreamLine: connecting a 10-year vision to a 1-year focus and a one-week action plan. The second half shifts into Good Work, a structured creative work session facilitated by Hattie Hayes. Phones are set aside, distractions disappear, and participants commit to deep creative focus in timed work blocks.

The result is a rare experience: not just talking about your ideas, but actually moving them forward in real time. DreamWork is ideal for writers, artists, thinkers, and anyone who wants to reconnect with their creative momentum.

Program

Dream → Start → Momentum → Integrate

The workshop moves through two complementary modes: DreamNudge and Good Work, creating a full creative loop from imagination to action.

We begin with DreamNudge, a guided process designed to reconnect participants with what they truly want to create. Through visualization, journaling, and reflective prompts, participants complete the DreamLine: a mapping practice that traces a dream backward through time, from a long-term vision down to a practical step they can begin this week. The goal is simple but powerful: turn distant hopes into something tangible enough to start.

From there, the room shifts into Good Work, a structured creative work session. Phones are set aside and participants commit to focused time on their creative projects. Instead of talking about the work, this is time to actually begin.

After lunch, we return to Good Work for a second deep-focus session, allowing participants to continue building momentum and move further into their projects.

The workshop closes by returning to DreamNudge, where participants reflect on the creative process and explore tools for navigating resistance and sustaining progress. We end with a brief group reflection, an opportunity to share discoveries, celebrate progress, and leave with clarity about the next step forward.

The intention of the day is simple: to create a space where dreaming and doing can exist in the same room.
